Order Cancellation

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order/ Receiving funds. During processing time its not possible to cancel your order.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Custom badges and Custom Products are not refundable but zoals case products will be replaced.

My parcel is lost!
Don’t panic! Maybe someone has received it for you, ask your friends and family (nice neighbour, caretaker…)
If this is not the case, here is the step-by-step procedure to follow:
Step 1: Open a complaint with the competent services of the carrier
Step 2: you are not alone! notify us of the loss of the package via our contact form or at [email protected], indicating the reference of your order so that we can also make a complaint.

It is imperative that you take these steps to validate the claim.

A return? An exchange? A refund?
Are you disappointed? Have you changed your mind?….. We understand this very well. But don’t delay.

The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original unopened packaging for any exchange or refund. We advise you to choose a means of transport with tracking number.

If all conditions are met, the replacement or refund will be made promptly.

A defective / Damaged product?
It’s rare! But it can happen despite our verification procedures and Lola’s eagle eye. First of all, we do apologise greatly.
Please describe the problem by email to [email protected] , sending us a picture of the product that will allow us to understand the problem and prevent it from happening again.

We will send you the product back at our expense.

A   N O T E   A B O U T   H A N D M A D E Many of my pieces are hand embroidered  ~ no two pieces will be exactly alike. Please allow for some variation in look as each handmade piece will be unique. I do my best to photograph and describe pieces accurately, but colours may differ from your monitor to what you see in person. If you have specific questions about product details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’d be happy to help.   C A R E Hand embroidery is delicate in nature and should be treated with care. To promote longevity, I recommend hand or machine stitching patches to items that are not routinely laundered like a jean jacket or tote bag. Avoid washing and drying. Gently spot clean or dry clean only.
